There is no concensus on what leadership is , however, there is consensus on the work of leaders, i.e., what leaders get paid for; and that is to make choices and decisions based on information from a commanding vanatage point ( others can make decisions but may not have the optimal vantage point because of their relatively lower position in the organization).
